Dear sir/ madam, I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna RO on 19.11.2015 from your site www.eurekaforbes.com in confusion of Dr Aquaguard Magna RO + UV. Product got delivered on 20.11.2015, post which I have called customer care at [protected] they told me to fill online form for replacement and send one mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I have fulfilled both the things at same day. Post which I have called multiple times to customer care but everytime they are saying that my issue will be resolved within next 24 hours. Its now more than one week but no one has yet reverted me either on call or on mail. Seriously faced this kind of worst customer care services first time in life. I am ready to give difference amount of the product, but I have not received even a single revert for my complaints. Kindly help to resolve my issue at the earliest and revert me with the solution or I will need to approach consumer Forum.
