[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Cheap product having lot of issues and requires repair at least monthly once | |||||
Hi, I have purchased aquasure expert ro water purifier for rs 18500/- on 19/10/2014. Got it under amc coverage from last 2 years which cost around 4850/- each year. It worked fine for 1 year and from then on it has been having some or other repair every month. We have requested for replacement as we are facing the problem every month and have to buy water cans every month until the technician resolves the issue. This has been the same from last 1 year and everytime they promise that no more issue occurs but unfortunately again it is the same. I feel like i have been cheated as that i have paid rs 18500 for purchase and rs10000 for annual maintainence for 2 years and again around rs10000 for water cans which is like suffering after paying.
