[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Cheated by salesperson | |||
I bought the dr. Aquaguard magna hd + ro from sales representative. Mr. Nagaraj and his colleague. While purchasing the model i was offered a free external filter by the representative but mr. Nagaraj told it is not required for this model and convinced me not to take the filter. Now in 6 months time, i have called for services 4 times and the service representative is saying it is mandatory to have external filter and it will cost rs. 1300. When i called mr. Nagaraj and asked for the filter, he is saying nothing is free and if i want i have to buy separately. Was this information helpful? | |||
