Sales person from Eureka Forbes had visited our home on 17th Jan 2022 . His number is Raghu([protected]) . We were interested in installing water softner but we were not sure if it was installable. He surveyed the bathroom and said he would take care of installing and guaranteed no issue in installing. Despite our reservation he forced us to pay Rs17500 that day itself. After the product was delivered the installation technician came and confirmed it was un-installable in our bathroom. Since then our ordeal started. We contacted this person but he never picked up the call. Finally called Eureka forbes customer care on 17th/18th Feb and they registered installation request but no-body turned up. Meanwhile we tried calling Mr Raghu from other number (as he would not pick call), then this time luckily he picked call and asked to send barcode. 3 days after this when we called again, some other person picked the call and used harsh/abusive language.
I and my extended family use 4-5 products from aquaguard, but with this experience I am thinking of dumping out all of them.
Cheating Rs17500 is only a minor part of our ordeal, but harassment by eureka forbes staffs was too much and we will be loosing trust on this brand. Was this information helpful? |
