It was told that the water purified product is of lifetime free service. First of all the product delivery was delayed by 10 days. I had a tough time then and now again with amc. When the sales person promised me that there will be lifetime free service and all i have to do is make a phone call and the engineer will attend. The customer has to pay for spare parts if any. Now your company is charging rs. 400 per visit...Else i will have to take the product to service center? How can you expect someone to carry this product to t.Nagar for general service. Such a useless company i wud say, i should have gone with the local production.Now i have to pay rs.800 for the two machines what i have and i made my friends to pay as well. Why would your sales person lie? Now when he picks up the call to say "wrong number".
