We have bought classic+ with extended amc @ 15000/-. Mr. Santosh jha, sales manager promised scratch guard with assured gift. We didn't receive any scratch card. Mr. Jha is not even responding our msg as well as phone. Further, we have tested water in lab and found presence of bacteria e. Coli and coliform. Upon complaint eureka forbes collected sample and given clean cheat report which is manipulated and in favour of company. I suggest not to buy any product as they are taking undue advantage of public trust. I am again going to test water in third party lab where i need to pay rs.2500/- for analysis. We feel we have bought headache. This is very disappointing. I am going to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
