Complaint registered for leaking and broken filter in our Aquaguard on 1st Nov 2014. Your call centre confirmed that this will be handled maximum by 3rd Nov which was a Monday. On Monday when i spoke to Pardeshi enterprises at Orlem Malad which is the nearest service centre, they informed that they do not have the filter and will order it & service and fix it on 4th Nov at 11.30am. I waited all day and the same was not taken care of. I called Sunil at the service centre 7 times and your call centre 4 times & nothing was done. On 5th Nov Santosh called to say he could come the same day but i asked him to come on 6th Nov which is today at 11.30 max since i had to be at work post that.
I waited since 11.30 and the person landed up at my place at 1pm after 2 calls to the service centre and 1 call to thecall centre. After reaching here the person tells me that the new bowl that he has brought along to replace is broken. I am absolutely appalled at the manner in which a reputed name like Aquaguard works. It is pathetic and not acceptable . If not resolved today before 4 i will take up this matter with the consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
