[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — complaint about faulty product | |||
I had purchased aquasure prime uv+ water purifier model before 8months and its not working properly since the first day. Its giving problem every month. After every one or two weeks the red light starts blinking and the user manual says that red light blinking indicates error. And this problem is existing from the day one i. E from the day of installation. We made several complaint for the same and always the technician come and do some or the other thing to get it work and after one or two weeks the problem pops up again. The changed the motherboard 3 times but still we are facing the problem and i think the cistomer service or the technicians are not able to fix the problem... So i want to get a full replacement of the product but the company is not responding for the replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
