[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Complaint about improper functioning of aquaguard (Classic +). | |||||
Respected sir/mam, As per official bill, we purchased an aqua guard (Classic +) from eureka forbes on 27/09/2016, but it failed in functioning properly after first servicing. Now the water which it is giving is in very bad condition. Not only mud and dust particles are seen in a heavy quantity in the water but also odour of the water recieved is a terrible. We made a complaint a four month ago, but we havent recieved any proper feedback on our complaint. Their technicians are just coming and having a look at the product but they have'nt repaired it. Moreover, there staff members, manager, etc. Are arogantly talking with us and misbehaving. Due to this unhealthy drinking water our family is facing severe health problems and getting hospitalised.
