With reference to the above complaint, a person named Mr.Deepak from Eureka Forbes customer care (Ph No:[protected]), called me and asked my debit card details and OTP number to refund my money into my account. I refused to give the OTP and he disconnected my call, is this really a secured way of online transaction. Please answer my query.
