[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — complaint against service | |
I have an uv ro enhance water purifier. It is under amc. Yesterday, a technician came for a regular inspection of the filter. My filter was in perfect working condition before he came. He went and checked the filter and then he tells me that the pump has stopped. So, i asked him to change the pump. Then as soon as he had changed the pump, he informs me that the candle has stopped working as well. I had got the candle changed around 11 months ago. Now he tells me that the candle can be changed only once per year, and if i want it to be changed again, i have to pay for it. He then asked me to get an amc. What kind of policy is this? I will never recommend anyone to buy a water filter from eureka forbes. Cheating your customers seems to be your priority. Terrible customer service from the tata group.
