[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — complaint against the rude behavior of the staff | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to intimate that i had telephonically requested one of your staff named mr. Sharma whose mobile no. Is [protected] for the repair of my aqua guard machine today at about 08:30 hrs.in the morning. Instead of attending the complaint, he insisted that first i should take the amc as it is due in september 2019 and then he will do the needful. I assured him that i will take the amc by paying the amount in 2-3 days, but he kept arguing with his rude behavior that he will attend the complaint only after taking the amc. I asked him to repair the machine as there was no drinking water and i shall pay accordingly. He again insisted to first take the amc and then my complaint shall be entertained. Then, he reluctantly denied to attend the complaint stating that today being sunday, he has not brought the tab and so he will not be able to attend the complaint and asked me to register the online complaint on [protected] which was done by me at around 08:58 and the message was received informing me that my service request no. Is [protected] on my mobile no. [protected] for the same. I asked him once he is not having his tab then what for he has come to my place of residence. He said that he has come to get the amc done and if i do it, he will attend my complaint and rectify the fault. It is earnestly requested to look into the matter at the earliest/immediately and the said person should be dealt with strict disciplinary action.
