[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — complaint for Aquaguard Total Neo | |||
With a great suffering I have to say that the company's product and company service - both have disappointed me a lot. I am in great distress. I brought Aquaguard Total Neo dated 16.9.2014, which was installed on 17.9.2014. (You can avail all the details by docket number.) But today is date only 8.10.2014. Within such a short period I had to face a problem to getting purified water. The red led button constantly beeping. I think there is a problem in circuit. It annoying very much. I cannot think that I have to face such a problem within quite a short period. Its not even completes a month. However, I booked a complaint; the docket number of my complaint is [protected]. Its almost 24 hour, but no one yet attain, not even anybody contact. Is it your after sale service? Being journalist of a Delhi based publication group, I wrote an article on Aquagaurd Water Purifier last year in special issue of Diwali. Now I feel great regret for that. My perception and impression about the company and its product has completely changed. Now its my humble request that please replace the purifier or refund my money.
