Been contacting the sales team, escalated through mail, forwarded to ceo mail. No response at all . All we get is ""we will get back to you"". Complain raised for more than 18 days no response. Faced issue 3 months back and took almost a month for the technician to visit my home and repair . Again facing the problem but no one is capable of answering when a technician can visit. Been buying the AMC and using the product since 6 years but never faced this kind of bad experience with AQUAGUARD water purifier. Tell us how to lodge a consumer complaint.
