[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Complaint no [protected] dt. 13/7/16 | |||
Refer above complaint no. I got an sms saying that the request number [protected] has been allocated to technician mr. Balaji r ([protected]), he did not turn up that day. On 14th i called up your call centre to say that no one has come so far and immediately i get an ams, saying that the above request no. Has been allocated to technician rajesh kumar p ([protected]), i called him upend he said that he is from another area and to contact balaji. After about a few minutes I get an ams saying that "your service request no. (As above) has been completed by service technician mr. Rajesh kumar. Again i had to call your call centre and they said they will escalate this and it was a mistake and the complaint as such has not been closed. Now i get another sms at 6.01 pm on 14/7/16 that the request no. Is [protected] and has been allocated to mr. Balaji r (Once again). Immediately i called up balaji and he never attended to the call till 8pm. After that i noticed an sms was there stating that the service request has been attended to by balaji. Today, again i called up your call centre, and i get another sms at 12.46 pm with a new request no.[protected], again saying that balaji will be attending to you shortly. It is 4.10pm on 15/7 and after calling up your call centre, i was given the number of one balamurugan ([protected]), i just spoke to him and he said he will check and call me back. This balaji never answers calls, why do you have to give the numbers to us when these guys do not attend calls. There are so many water filters in the market today and we selected your brand because it is one of the oldest company and doing reasonably good. If you can't revamp your service dept., its pointless you being in the market, by the word of mouth your reputation will be spoiled. I would suggest you sack your in-efficient service people and get dynamic people to work for you or otherwise customers will throw you out. Sorry, i have to be harsh but that is the reality and this is not the first time this is happening to me from your company. Was this information helpful? | |||
