So far no update since the complaint was raised and never expected such a worst service from Eureka Forbes. If you people can't meet the expectation why you sell the products with the silly excuse of a pandemic reason.
If there is no update will raise an complaint in consumer court as there is no positive response from customer care with same old dialogue fed up listening to same words with no further progress.
