I purchased dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Order. No :[protected] as displayed in your website i paid rs.18, 490.00 (17, 490 in card and 1000 in cash) as requested by your sales executive mr. Ramesh (Sr no: 9099220) and when i request him for bill he says i will receive everything in invoice. But when i received the invoice it was billed only for rs 17490, so i inquired ramesh, he said that there is an cash back offer and he will repay the rs 1000 in person when he received it from his office. I been following up with him for the past 2 months but there is no proper response from him. Kindly look into this issue and help me to get my money asap. I suspect ramesh might be cheating me with your company name because in may apartment one of my friend purchased the same product from ramesh only for rs 17, 490.
