Eureka Forbes — Complaint regarding purifier not working is not attended from last 15 days

On Aug25th registered complaint for unit is not working. No is attended the issue till now . Even contacted CEO escalation desk, there is no response from even CEO escalation desk also.

There are so many ticket numbers registered from last 15 days .
