I have purchase the product Aquaguard ENH RO+UV in Ranchi and Further renewed my service contract (no.[protected] for 02 years till 15.02.2018 having Customer Code: [protected]. Following are the issue:
1. Contract includes replacement of filters two times but they replaced only once.
2. During this period they don't check machine as compulsory visit.
3. I have transferred the machine to Kanpur, UP in October'2017 with my updated address of Kanpur but after so many calls, mails and talked at highest level the machine got installed after one and half month (in the month of NOV-2017).
4. I have told them extend my AMC period for this lapsed one and half month because of their fault, then they agreed to extend it. As there is no online system where I can check the status of my current AMC, I have also assumed that my AMC got extended.
5. After installation, I have lodged a complaint was logged in the month of NOV-DEC'2017 but technician didn't replaced my pending filter.
6. Latest I have logged a complaint on 27.02.2018 ( having complaint no. [protected]) and asked them to replace my pending filter, then I got a reply from Kanpur centre that they have any record and asking me transferred my account details to Kanpur Centre which they must have being a part of Eureka Forbes (PAN INDIA Presence)
7. Now they are delaying the process and Customer Care email id and Contact no. are not solving my problem. Still my one filter is pending to be replaced and they are telling that my contract has expired on 25.02.2018.
I am completely fed up with the Service Contract (Amounting Rs. 8600) and irresponsible behaviour of Eureka Forbes, therefore following are my request.
a) I want my complete money to be refunded (Rs. 8600) and impose reasonable penalty on Eureka Forbes for Breach of Contract.
OR
b) Replace my pending filter and continue my service till 30.03.2018.
