I am a resident of Kalyan West (Tilak Chowk Area), Mumbai. I had registered a complaint on 31st on march 2014 for i-nova water purifier which is under a yearly maintenance contract and the complaint number for the same being[protected]. However, the technician attended to analyse the problem and reported that he shall be coming the very next day to replace the transformer which he noticed was burnt. However, it is still unattended despite of bringing it to the notice of company 2-3 times since then.
