Eureka Forbes — Consistent poor service of water purifier for last 2 years | |||||
I have purchased Enhance RO+UV Water purifier in Feb 2014 and I was in AMC for last 2 years. The service quality is pathetic least to say. Technicians will never turn up for days though they commit time on daily basis. The last instance is that I have registered a compliant on 12 Mar and today is 19 Mar. No service yet though I am following it up daily. We are buying bottle water daily 5 Ltr for last one week and this water purifier is like a show piece in my kitchen.The saddest part is that water purifier stopped working next after the regular maintenance !!! I didn't experienced such a inferior quality of service from any other company and this is the first time in my life, I have registering a complaint in a portal.I am so much frustrated this time. Those who are planning to buy Eureka Forbes water purifier may consider this feedback before buying it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
