Attached is the picture of the cracked Eureka Forbes water filter.
1. It cracked when no-one was home.
2. The machine should be replaced or the spare part that has. racked replaced.
3. Technicians are rude and bullying me to pay for it. Saying they cannot belive what I say. Noone has visited despite repeated requests.
4. The service centre and the customer care doesn't care about what my request. They schedule a visit and close the request and no-one comes to assist.
5. Since 18th May I am following up on this matter. This item was purchased in June last year. It's not even a year old.
6. The shop owner has washed his hands off the complaint saying he cannot do anything.
How I regret purchasing this item from Eureka Forbes. It's cost me more than Rs. 18, 000.
Shame on the people who own and run such companies.
I request prompt assistance because I wonder how long the machine can hang on top broken this way.
