[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — crystal uv service contract | |||
Hello, Water flow had decreased in my crystal uv aqua sure water purifier, registered for service. A man named shijil came for service and told me best take a service contract for the same. Contract receipt number 27257145 datedr 01/02/17 to 31/01/18 and the service person informed me he will be changing the part as soon as it arrives. Despite my reminding them (Manu) that issue has not been resolved in december 2017 no further information. The same person came once and serviced the machine but did not change the said part as it had not arrived. Now the service contract is over and i realised i have just been cheated!
