[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Customer complain for faulty product and worse service

Product: Euroclean Xforce Name of Customer: Aruna M Shah (ID -[protected]) Order No:[protected] dated  03/10/2013 Unit Serial No: 4014532 Sales Person: Mr. Jayesh Parmar (M[protected] Dear Sir, With respect to above details this is to inform you that, we have purchased product with the trust that our product is genuine and as per the words of Sales Person we will get best service from the Company on time to time basis as part of Free Life Time Services assurance. We regret to inform you that Company has neither given us authentic product nor taken pain to repair/replace it. Product is gone out of service twice in last six months and despite of giving regular complains to sales and service personal they are not taking pain to repair/replace our product. Even they are not giving us satisfactory reply during complain follow up since last 15 days (if you required I can provide you my call details). You are request to kindly do the needful and order Company to take substandard product back and return our money Regards, Dhaval Shah M [protected]
