I have renewed AMC on 5th July 2022 and booked service for water related issues with time slot 5pm to 7 pm on 6th July 2022, my complaint no [protected].. I got a call from technician on 6th july and he said that part is not available so i cannot come, i told him that my slot is booked for 5.00 pm to 7 pm and evening time i cannot come and he was very rude..
I have followed so many times for servicing but no one has visited yet.. Got calls from customer care also that servicing will be done within 24 hours but no action has been taken yet..
I am buying water bottle from outside from last 4 days.. There is no need of buying AMC if theses kind of behaviour and service Eureka Forbes teams are providing.
If this kind of Customer service and behaviour will provide then no one will buy AMC and product of Eureka Forbes.
Kindly escalate this matter as i am facing problem from last 4 days..
Also very bad experience with Eureka Forbes earlier Customer service.. Technician had charged extra amount once he has visited for service and AMC renewal..
