Dear sir,
Have purchased dr genues plus ro in the month of july 2017. During the service in the month of june, i purchased extended warranty for 1 more year and paid 5, 020/-. The engineer changed all the filters on 23rd june. 2017 during the service. But on the 10th, service light was blinking. I called the engineer, he came and changed the display part. But on 20th, purified water was not coming. I complained on 20th. But engineer did not visit till 23rd. Today engineer visited and checked the ro system. He told me membrane is not working. I asked him how the membrane has problem within 4 month. We are using 10-15 ltr water averagely. There may be some fault in membrane.
I asked to change to membrane because it must have some warranty.
He called his group leader, mr sandeep sharma. His contact no is [protected]. But he did not pick up call. I also called him many times, but he did not pick up call. He talked to another group leader, rakesh kumar chaturvedi. His reply was very rude. He told me it will be fualt of water. He doesn't know how to talk to customer. I am using this ro from last 16 months. But, still there was no water problem. But if his product his faulty, his excuse is that it is fault of customer.
I asked his to refund my amc amount. He told me do whatever you want, neither we will change membrane nor we will return the amount.
These all people related to vasant kunj, delhi office.
It is poorest service by aquaguard company.
