[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — defective product of aquaguard

I have purchased a water purifier in December, 2017 and for last one month it has been showing a problem in over flowing. Your technician has come but can't fix the problem. He only change a product, for which I have to pay 500 during the warranty period. Is it justice to within the warranty period. But, problem is still prevailing. I have called the technician many times, but not come. Is the product is defective? Why do you sell such defective product? When to aspect for fixing the problem?
