[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — defective product of aquaguard

I have purchased a water purifier in December, 2017 and for last one month it has been showing a problem in over flowing. Your technician has come but can't fix the problem. He only change a product, for which I have to pay 500 during the warranty period. Is it justice to within the warranty period. But, problem is still prevailing. I have called the technician many times, but not come. Is the product is defective? Why do you sell such defective product? When to aspect for fixing the problem? Was this information helpful?
