[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — defective product water filter

When we purchase the eureka filter from day 1 we are facing issue as consecutively every month technician is visiting and almost 1 year is completed using the machine and we have made a 2 year warrantee by paying rs.3000 for 2 years and now the machine is completely not working when we tried to contact eureka customer care or executive they said we will sent the technician and the technician is repairing the product and again the same is going to default hence the same issue we are facing from 2-3 days as the technician mr. Vikas says from eureka we will get your parts when we will get bulk requests only for u we cannot go one take out one on one part so is this a correct answer given by techinican rather than providing solution they are extending dates and we are suffering for the same i hope my complaint would be take into consideration if the product is default i want it replaced or else repair it within a day as 1 week is passed for the same kindly take a strict action on the same.
