I purchased the afore said vacuum cleaner through you on16/10/2021. Invoice no: TN-MAA[protected].Hardly we have used the equipment. May be a couple of times. On 03/05/2022 when I started using it started emitting burning smell and electric sparks . On 04/05/2022 I contacted the company’s service center and raised a complaint . They are simply calling me and assuring me that machanic will visit and set right. It’s almost one month since I made complaint. I am really fed up with the company and their very bad service. I regret very much for purchasing the said product. I request you to either get the machine repaired or replaced with new one. If not possible refund the amount.
