We have ordered the Eureka water purifier last year, and it is still in the warranty period.
The filter stopped working within the first few months, and we raised a complaint for the same. The issue got resolved 2-3 weeks later when the technician finally visited and repaired it.
Unfortunately, the filter stopped working again within another few months; it again happened about 5-6 more times, and each time it took atleast 2 weeks and 5 follow-up calls to get it resolved.

Few weeks back (20/5/023), the filter again stopped working, and we raised another complaint. This time, the technician said that the cylinder needs to be replaced, for which we are supposed to pay Rs.45000.
We believe we got a defective piece because of the frequency at which the issues keep happening. We had even conveyed the same to the service team and requested for a replacement with a working product.
For a 1 year old new filter, I don't think it's expected to stop working every other month, or to spend Rs.4500 which is half the actual price of the filter.
Especially since the product is within the warranty period, we expect a proper and professional resolution from the company's end.
I request you to look into it and replace our defective filter with a working one.
