I, amit m girimaji had purchased eureka forbes water purifier “aquasure xpert ro” in shimoga on[protected] rs 18999/-
But in night of 16-10-16 the water started leaking from the filter. Their service personnel came and replaced solenoid valve as per warranty. Again within one week same problem came and they changed solenoid valve. Right from purchase till today same problem persisted and they might have changed about 10 solenoid valves, uv tube, uf filter twice and tap. One video of water leaking continuously on 16-08-17 is attached.
Around 4 months back we requested them to replace the filter and our request was sent to your higher ups and finally one mr. Girish, quality head (Ph no.[protected]) assured us that this will not repeat again.in spite of this the problem persisted and they have changed the same spare. Now nobody is answering our question why they have supplied defective filter and what happens after warranty period is over. Ie. After one year of purchase.
As per their estimate already they have replaced almost 50% of the cost of the filter. Is it worth maintaining such defective filter and they being a big company may get on with this loss but why should i keep this white elephant.
Their service personnel have visited my house about 20 times. Every time we have to clean the table and keep the gas stove outside thus our cooking process is disturbed and we have to buy clean water from outside for drinking purpose. Some days we were forced to eat outside food also thus causing mental agony and tension.
Now i cant afford to keep the defective filter and suffer. Hence please pay back the filter amount of rs 18999/- with interest at 12% p. A and rs 1, 00, 000/- extra as charges for your harassment. Was this information helpful? |
