I have purchased a magna water purifier from an executive. The product was delivered and installed after a week or so. At the time of installation itself the product was found defective. I repeatedly requested for replacement of defected product or return the money but the technician said he will repair in the interim so that it can be usable. Now the machine malfunctions (Works any time and is down any time)
I have been raising the complaint and escalating the matter to the seniors getting shameful answers from the seniors and fake commitments from customer care of replacement within 2 days.
Last 3 months bearing this torture. Several complaints lodged but of no results.
Local officer sushil walde from pune is extremely arrogant in approach.

But after AMC till date no service has been attended by the service engineer inspite of repeated reminders to franchise.
