We bought an aquaguard super ro on sunday 18th november, 2018. We were promised installation within 48 hours. We bought the product solely due to this promise as we need the product to be installed as soon as possible. We won't be in the station for too long. It's been 4 days now and no action has been taking. Upon calling the customer service we were directed to the local representative of the company in wayanad. The man claims he cannot install the product before friday - almost a week from our purchase day! Very disappointed with the service. Please fix the situation and send someone for installation as soon as possible. The installation requested registration can be seen in the picture.
