[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Delay in Refund of amount for returned product

Dear Concerned, This is with great frustration I am writing this email. We had bought 'Aqua guard water purifier' during the last week of Aug 2014. Due to domestic reasons (space constraint) we had returned back the product intact within 30 days from the date of purchase. Mr. Yogananthan #[protected] was the representative who attended this deal. Right from Sept 2014 we have been following up for the refund of paid amount (Rs. 15000). But we are yet to receive the payment. Its almost 3 months time yet every time we call there is no answer as well. I hope this complaint of mine will be addressed on top priority.
