We have got registered for installation of Aquaguard Regal at 5.24 PM when I got the satisfaction code also for the service engineer. I was called at 7 PM and informed that I have just registered for the installation. She is now denying the installation for 2 days as its Saturday today. We earlier has Aquaguard Aquasure Nano. And its completely choked. We don't have water for drinking at home. And we are family of 6 including 2 kids. This is where non-sense how can she lie that I got registered at 7 PM when I has already got my request registered at 5.24 and the operator already claims that they work from 10 to 6 PM. This is height of bad service and I definitely think not to go with Aquaguard next time. The number from where I got the call is [protected], there was a lady operator. In the present times of covid when hygiene is an important aspect, health is being compromised because the so called service engineers are not willing to attend a valid installation request.
