[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — delivering a defective product and delaying replacement. been 10 days since i bought your water purifier | |||||
Eureka forbes - friends for life.. Please guys this is the biggest farce. This company is the most pathetic in terms of product & after sale service. Last sunday i. E. 8th oct i contacted their call center to book a demo appointment. Since it was a sale for them their sales person mr raghupathi immediately rushed to my place and gleefully ended up selling me the dr aquaguard classic plus water purifier. After the sale 2 days later i received the purifier, but for the next 3 days there was no person to come and install the device. After incessant follow ups via phone/email etc they finally managed to send someone named shankar who came for installation on friday (13th oct). After he came home and tried to install the device he found that it was defective. So for their # product again i was told to raise a return request on their website. Initially i was not able to raise the return request thanks to their super website which does not even allow me to enter my customer number/order number etc. With lot of difficulty i somehow managed to raise the request. Again on contacting the call center, the lady there mentioned that the first guy who came for installation was a plumber the real technical guy will be visiting my house on saturday (14th oct). On 14th the 2nd (So called super technical guy) came home and certified the device as defective.. Wow what a find??? After that yesterday was sunday and the company is so tired of cheating its customers that the employees need rest right?? Even today after following up with the call center the story still rests at different people calling me and asking me " saaar order number dena... Saaar return request number dena saaar mere mail address kooo mail karna (Hyderabadi hindi)". Its been 8 days since this fraudulent company devoured my money and i am yet to receive my water purifier. I also can share the list of actual culprits who handled this case so shoddily: Mr karunakar (The arrogant sales head) - does not have the basic manners to speak to customers. Expects me as a customer to do his work - "saar mail karo, saar msg karo, saar aapke wasthe hi toh main saturday ko bhi kaam karta (Again hyderabadi hindi).. Mr so many unknown useless staff.. (Not even worth mentioning) I took 15 - 20 mins of my valuable time to write this message but the world needs to know that in 2017 this is the kind of pathetic service provided by "your friends for life company" If there is even 1% regard for customer satisfaction dear eureka forbes i need the purifier installed asap and a reply on my length message.
