[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Delivery of a faulty product and no replacement

I am one of the many unlucky customers who unfortunately bought a eureka forbes product and now realizing that it is one of the biggest mistake. i got a new dr. aquaguard magna water purifier installed on june 20th 2016 and on the same day it stopped working. the technician came the next day and found that the unit has to be replaced and left the immediately without even advising what i need to do next for replacement. after a lot of phone calls and escalations to the customer care and social media the service lead came on july 5th 2016 and said the unit will be replaced in 3-4 days. it has been 10 days now and the same service lead does not have a clue on what is the status. i am really getting frustrated day after day as there absolutely no clarity on what is the happening. my cust id is [protected].
