[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — demanding charges for filters every month | |
I have purchased water purifier of above company model no. Dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) origa dated 14/03/2018 of rs.19490/-. This product is under warranty of one year, but company demanding for change of filter cost of rs 4000/- approx which is most unreasonable. While at the time of sale company sales person not inform that you have to pay rs.4000/- every time for change of filter if machine stops working.in this 9 months every month i have to make complaint and every time i am mentally harassed by eureka forbes service employees. Without knowing technical specifications sale's person sale product to us. It is not possible for us to buy new filters. Zkindly resolve the matter. Was this information helpful? | |
