i complained about water not coming from filter in february, 2016to your csc, local authorised service certre as well as your regional manager mr.Shravan.Every time they used to send technician to make it ok.But after few days of working again the problem used to repeat.
I had made complaints to your csc" n" no of times and technician used to come to attend and the problem persists the next day.
Even your service centre took our filter telling that mother board card is faulty.It requires repairs or replacement.
I do not know exact date of bringing back our filter adn it stareted woking.About a week back i stratred facing the same problem.
Now when we- on -filter the red light comes and then green light comes and goes off within seconds, then again comes and goes off.Due to this problem i am not able to collect water of 10 litres even in 2 to 3 hrs time.
The water comes when green light is there, when green light goes off water stops.
Will you please attend to it so that the problem does not re-occur.I
if not attended i will be forced to approach -consumer redressal committe- with this problem .I hope the management looks into this problem and comes to permanent solution so that we can drink filter water. Was this information helpful? |
I want the water filter problem to be solved once for all.Whether they can repair or not able to repair they should compensate the agony of my wife and myself faced since last 5 to 6 months and the AMC money also should be returned with interest.
