We’ve been loyal customer and using your ro system since 2003. Recently we have been facing several issues because of ro system – especially after narmada water came. My father got sick for 10 days due to stomach infection. My wife was also complaining some irritation in stomach lately. Since past few days we have been using boiling water and stopped relying on ro system.
I’ve also notice changes in your customer service and think i was misguided by the service people several times – including attitude toward your customer. We have change membrane couple times but no-help.
Due to poor quality of water, very poor customer service and recently learned from your sales people that i need purifier instead of ro system, i’ve decided to change my machine. Now there are few concerns – my amc was of 24 month for which i have not used even 12 months. I ask the refund of 1 year amc for two reasons 1. Very poor customer service 2. Water quality is not improving and it has proven dangerous since my family member got sick. Second thing, i’m planning to buy your purifier system (If my concern is address ethically).
Throughout my association with eureka forbes, i’ve gifted ro system to my uncle and referred your system to several people. I guess now is your turn to show your customer some dignity, that you really care about your customer and help them out solving the issue. I hope you understand the value of your customer.
