Eureka Forbes — Distributor denied to give bill.

I bought an Astor model of Aqua gaurd water purifier on 26th feb 2022. The distributor arranged to install the RO on the same day. After installation when I gave him the money and asked for the bill. He took money and said the Eureka forbes billing software is not working so he will provide bill and warranty card on next day. I I called him the next day he said the company's billing software is still not working and he will be unable to provide the bill for another 10 to 15 days.
