I have never experienced this kind of customer service ever, no timeline adherence, no responsiveness, only fake promises. I have a 2 month old Water Purifier which has stopped working, I contacted the customer service on 3rd of sept, they told me a technician will visit by eve or next morning. There was no call or any kind of contact from their end. Again on 5th Sept I call back to check on the status and guess what they say???? Your complaint was not properly registered, well i recived the complaint number so how is that possible?? But nevermind, they said they have registered now and a technician will be there in next 24 hrs. Cool Great. Today is 10th September, no sign of technician. I am soo done with this fake promises now and feel like giving up. But what to do, I've paid for my product and used just for 2 months so have to get it fixed, hence i called back again demanding them that i want to talk to some higher authority, she said she will call me back in 30 mins, tbh i don't believe it coz they have left nothing to trust them for.
Oh and ya, they also say that they have put the matters as emergency, god knows what's their definition by emergency. Was this information helpful? |
