I had purchased the dr. Aquguard's magna hd ro+uv.
Now the product warranty is finished and still waiting for service person to attain the service which was due after one year completion.
I think i did mistek by purchasing wrong product.
2 months back whicle warranty was on, the person visited my house as a service person from our local kamothe aqua guard service centre and told my wife that filter are not good. We asked him to replace it as m/c is in warranty.
The service person and service center head and sales person said no to replace the filter cartridges a& asked us to buy amc. How come we will have to buy amc before warranty is over and the peoples ran out from home and never attained us back.
Is this is the way this company works and gives target to your service team to buy more and more amc 's and don't support the customer.
Do you think let customer go to hell.
Never expected such utter nonsense n behavior of such kind.
Please take immediate action, and support customer.
