I had purchased your above product on 31.10.2017 vide your Invoice no.[protected] ref no [protected]. The water purifier Does not work properly and not pouring water. Then i lodge a Complain no.[protected] on 3.07.2018. A service engg. Visited Our house and try to repair the fault, but after his several effort He could not repair he tell us that some parts are not working. When these parts are available to him he comes again. Even lapsing of 15 days he will not come. As per doctors advice I purchased the water filter. If it is not working what is the need of it. Again i lodged a complain on 18.07.2018 no.[protected]. I requested you to look into matter. Please repair it immediately. If repairing is not possible please change it. Otherwise i will take Suitable action.
