Words from the seller before purchase is like it is the best product make is so familiar and wonderful services... but after purchase no service call even after one year is completed. Even now they are trying to get business by saying get AMC you will get whole service free. First of all 0 out of 2 free services are not attended and in return they are demanding to get AMC and also they are demanding that if AMC is taken nor Service charge is paid then only we will attend the service.
Product quality is good but it cant be used for more than an year due to bad quality accessories.
Customer care is ready to provide free service but Service fellows are trying to do business even after knowing the situation. They are not in acceptance with Customer care... Service center namely in Vizag has no value for their Customer care commitments to their cusotmers.
