As per the service engineer service report by today there is problem with carbon filter or life has ended of this filter. When i asked for replacement he told me to extend amc for the machine.
Then i called to customer care for this problem, then they provided me complaint no [protected] and he mentioned that he will provide replacement for carbon filter and the circuit for power unit. Also i confirmed that is there any charges for this, he mentioned that your machine is in warranty so there will be no charges applied.
But when this complaint assigned to the engineer, he denied to replacement of parts. Again called to customer care now they are also now denying the replacement without charges.
If the parts are chargeable then why the complaints registered and he committed me to replace it without any charges?
Now the water is not filtering properly, there are some carbon/some black particles in the filtered water.in simple words water is not purified/filter properly. I am not sure it is drinkable or not. My machine warranty is ending on 19th oct 2016. Was this information helpful? |
