From july 2017 your guys are not attending my complaint & just sending the message that they will reach @ you shortly but they have not interested.
And afterwards they sending message for a. M. C. Which i will not do because my complaint is before warranty period which they are waiting for to ended.
Still my machine is not in use.
Is this the your company policy.

after my this complaint the Eureka Forbes giving me service request no.[protected] dated 29/10/2017
they told me they will attend the complaint in 1 or 2 days but still they neglected.
they have not contacted yet.
can I now file the case towards them?
can you tell me what is the procedure?
