[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — dr. aquaguard compact

Dear sirs, your service personnel recommended that i take a 3 year service contract for the above water purifier fro 6 2017 to 6 2020. So far only one service visit has taken place when the man could not open the purifier and clean the candles nor do anything else. Your company has been taking customers for a ride for years. Please stop this and improve your services.

I'm already using RO enhance model last January I have bought one more model RO magna the sales person (Arul ) gave me lot of false promises and cheated me im going to take legal action against him I'm expecting your reply if you won't then surely I'll go further on it I received some higher officers too but they couldn't solve me
