Dr. aquaguard (eureka forbes) — service is very painful for customer's and they don't care customer's money and time We had purchased one dr. aquagard ro+uv. during the installation engineer did not installed properly after installation we found some leakage, we are also facing some tds problem in water. at the time of installation service engineer did not check pre and post check of tds of my djb water although i requested them but he refused our suggestion. therefore after filtration of water tds value remain very higher that is not good for health. i raised my concern many times to company’s customer care vide their reference no. 88021244 dated 05/07/2016 n& 88115496 dated 11/07/2016 as well as through email so many request sent to customer care no & email id but they did not solve my problem it’s long pending issue since 05 july 2016. aquagard service is too bad and do not care customer’s money and health. aquagard customer service very cheap and very painful for all customer’s and no one take any ownership from aquagard. My advice no to buy any product from Eurekaforbes.
