To: district consumer forum. Davangere From : umar sharif 8th cross, shanthi nagar Near navodaya school Davangere. Dear sir/madam I had purchased dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv water purifier invoice number : [protected]. Price rupees 18, 490/- (Eighteen thousand four hundred and ninety rupees). Purchased before 8months and its not working properly since the first day. Its giving problem every month. After. And this problem is existing from the day one i. E from the day of installation. We made several complaints for the same and always the technician come and do some or the other things to get it work and after one or two weeks the problem pops up again. They changed the product 2 times but still we are facing the problem and i think the customer service or the technicians are not able to fix the problem. So i want to get a full refund of the product but the company is not responding for the replacement or refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
